Customer Service staff are often the first point of contact when an aggrieved customer dashed in. Like a mirror, their actions and attitudes are believed to reflect the values and philosophy of the organization they represent and should be very conversant with situations that might cause customers’ dissatisfaction. This course teaches how customers’ complaints could be resolved and seen as opportunities for the Customer Service staff to enhance customer loyalty.
The primary aim of the course is to assist students in developing needed skills to manage customers’ demands and the company’s internal processes simultaneously. At the end of the course, participants will be able acquire excellent customer relations skills needed to arrest complaints and resolve them to customer satisfactions.
